ID 2 Tactical Analysis. Terrain & Access ID 2 spans 2,027–5,100 feet across rugged backcountry in northern Idaho. With only 19% public land, access is heavily constrained—most huntable terrain requires crossing or negotiating private property, or relies on a handful of public parcels scattered through the unit. Elevation variation is dramatic, from lower forested valleys to high alpine country.
