MT 214 Tactical Analysis Application Overview MT 214 moose draw opens March 1 with an application deadline of May 1. Residents pay a $10 application fee plus $125 tag fee (plus $8 license and $10 point fee); nonresidents pay $50 application fee plus $1,250 tag fee (plus $65 license and $50 point fee).
