WY 17 – Ferris-Seminoe: Tactical Analysis. Terrain & Access Ferris-Seminoe spans nearly 800,000 acres across a wide elevation band (5,344–10,016 ft), with 70% public land. Elevation diversity supports both lower-country and high-country habitat.
