CO 111 — Tactical Analysis. Terrain & Access CO 111 spans 440,000 acres across rolling to moderate elevation (5,200–7,000 ft) in Colorado's northeastern front-range country. Public land comprises only 4.5% of the unit — the vast majority is private. This extreme private-land concentration makes access the dominant challenge. Hunters without landowner permission or outfitter relationships will find viable hunting grounds severely limited.
