Terms of Service

By accessing or using HuntPilot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

HuntPilot is operated by HuntPilot LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These terms apply to all users of the Service, including browsers, subscribers, and contributors of content.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. Each individual may maintain only one account.

You must not share your account credentials with others. HuntPilot enforces concurrent session limits to prevent account sharing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.

HuntPilot offers paid subscription plans billed on an annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

Free trials, when offered, provide limited access for a defined period. Each user is eligible for one free trial only. Trial access may be revoked at our discretion.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For paid subscriptions, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period. If you cancel during a free trial, access ends immediately.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at your next renewal.

HuntPilot aggregates draw odds, harvest statistics, season dates, trophy records, and other hunting data sourced from state wildlife agencies and public records. While we strive to maintain accurate and current data, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free or reflects the most recent updates from source agencies.

State agencies may update regulations, quotas, season dates, and other data at any time. There may be a delay between when an agency publishes updates and when those changes are reflected on HuntPilot.

Always verify critical information — including application deadlines, fees, season dates, and legal requirements — directly with the applicable state wildlife agency before taking action.

The Service, including its design, code, data compilations, analytics, AI models, and branding, is owned by HuntPilot LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as support tickets or chat messages). By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to use it for providing and improving the Service.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond what is publicly available
• Share, sell, or redistribute your account credentials or subscription access
• Commercially redistribute data, analyses, or AI-generated content obtained from the Service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable hunting regulations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HuntPilot LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

This includes, without limitation, damages related to: incorrect or incomplete data, AI-generated recommendations, missed application deadlines, unsuccessful draw applications, financial losses from license fees or travel, and personal injury or property damage during hunting activities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hunting is an inherently dangerous activity. You assume all risk associated with hunting decisions made using information from the Service. HuntPilot is a research platform, not a safety or outfitting service.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to account sharing, abusive behavior, or commercial misuse of the Service.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. We are not obligated to provide refunds for any remaining subscription period following a termination for cause.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
